What is Simply Strong?

Simply Strong is a personalized 30 minute total body strength program designed to maximize results while taking into account your current level of health and fitness. No two bodies are alike!


This is a REVOLUTIONARY program that eliminates the common strength training mistakes and requires only one to two sessions a week.

Making it easy

Come dressed any way that makes you feel comfortable. You are not required to wear gym clothes. Business or casual clothes are welcome. You will not be sweating!

We will guide you step-by-step on your training program.

All of the strength machines will be pre-set with the proper weight, seat and pad adjustments for you to begin your perfect workout. No guess work!

We make sure you are using the correct form, proper breathing technique, and pace to assure THE BEST workout.


In a nutshell: just show up and we do the rest!

Greetings! My name is Bob Tomb. I have been involved in the fitness industry since 1987. A certified personal trainer since 1998. That is over 30 years of experience to pass on to you! My passion is educating people on how to take small steps towards BIG change. Getting started can be a challenge. Let me help lead the way.
